1 | Can I ask questions before purchasing?

Absolutely.

If you are wondering:

_ whether the work suits your space _what size may work best. _or simply if you are not yet sure about purchasing. _please feel free to reach out via CONTACT. I would be happy to help if you have questions or would like to think through the possibilities together.

2 | What happens after purchase?

After your order is placed,

From there, the process includes:

_ issuing a Certificate of Authenticity
_ arranging production with a professional print studio (for giclée prints)
_ careful packaging and shipment.
For giclée prints, please allow approximately one week for production before shipping. The shop will notify you of the estimated shipping date.

Estimated shipping schedules are listed on each artwork page.

購入後はどのような流れになりますか？ — 責任をもって準備いたします。

・作品証明書の発行・（ジークレプリントの場合）専門印刷会社への依頼・梱包・発送準備
　ジークレプリントは制作開始から発送まで約1週間程度お時間をいただいております。
　発送予定日は各作品ページに記載しています。

3 | Framing and Shipping

Details vary depending on each artwork.

Each artwork page includes information about:

_ whether framing is included.
_ shipping details
– accompanying materials (such as the Certificate of Authenticity).

For unframed works, you can easily frame them as they are, mat board included, using standard inch-sized frames. You are welcome to bring the piece to a local framing specialist or order a frame online yourself.

額装・送料について? — 作品ごとに条件が異なります。

・各作品ページに、額装の有無・送料・付属品（作品証明書など）を記載しています。
・額装なしの作品については、ご自身のお部屋や空間に合わせて
　額装していただくことをおすすめしています。

　現在、額装なし作品はすべてインチサイズの額縁に対応しています。
　下記のようにマットブックごとそのまま額に入れられます。
　専門店へ作品を持ち込む方法や、ご自身でオンライン注文する方法もあります。
　ご不明な点があればお気軽にご相談ください。

4 | How should I display and care for the artwork?

No special care is required.

Please avoid direct sunlight, excessive humidity, and dust, and enjoy the work in a normal indoor environment. Cleaning the frame occasionally with a soft cloth will help keep it in good condition.The works are created with the hope that they may quietly accompany everyday life over time.

飾り方や管理について? — 特別な管理は必要ありません。

・直射日光・高温多湿・ホコリを避け、通常の室内環境でお楽しみください。
　額縁は時々やわらかい布などで整えていただくと、長く気持ちよく飾っていただけます。

　作品は、日々の暮らしの中で時間とともに過ごしていくものとして
　長期間展示できるように制作しています。
　設置場所や扱い方に迷われた場合は、ご相談ください。

4 | Lastly

An artwork does not remain only as it was when completed.
